The most effective diet to prolong life

The group of scientific experts isetskoe clinic Brigham (USA) has developed a universal diet that can ensure the longevity man. Scientists came to the conclusion that the duration of life depends on the amount consumed carbohydrates, told the journal The Lancet.

“Diet the proper dosage intake of carbohydrates, helps to prolong life,” – said the developers of the “longevity diet”.
In his research, scientists used data from eight studies involving more than 432 thousand people. After analyzing them, experts have established that the propensity for longevity showed people whose daily ration by 50 percent (no more and no less) was from carbohydrates.

Carbohydrates are organic substances, contained in foods such as bread, cereals, vegetables, fruits, pasta and so on. For the body carbohydrates are the main source of energy.

The study demonstrated that people, in their everyday diet which carbohydrate was 70 percent or higher, or 40 percent less, were exposed to more significant risk of early mortality (compared with people whose carbohydrates were exactly half). But most at risk of dying prematurely, according to scientists, were the ones who almost completely refuse from the consumption of carbohydrate products, preferring them to protein or fatty foods.
