A joint study by scientists from the USA and Japan, the report of which was published by the journal ProceedingsofTheNationalAcademyofsciences, showed that to make the memory stronger quite easily. This can help even a simple ten-minute warm-up.

Researchers (employees of the University of California, Irvine and the University of Tsukuba) found that a ten-minute charge allows to make the connection between the parts of the brain responsible for the formation and storage of memories, more durable. This was demonstrated by tests on volunteers whose brain activity, scientists tracked using the scanner.

It turned out that a little exercise is enough to ensure that the parts of the brain, giving man the ability to memorize information, have begun to function better. In particular, according to the researchers, people slice after a workout “intensified interaction of the dentate gyrus in the hippocampus and regions of the cortex associated with working memory.”

Neuroscientists note: ten-minute charge gave immediate effect of strengthening the memory. They allow that physical activity can contribute to the formation of new cells in areas of the brain responsible for memory.
