Dairy products and meat should be eaten regularly

According to a study presented during the Congress of the European society of cardiology, people who regularly consume meat and dairy products, there is a lower risk of heart disease, and premature death. However, such correlation takes place only when they are fairly moderate use, established scientific experts.
