One of the most extensive studies ever conducted on this issue confirmed that eating healthy foods reduces the risk of cancer. Saturated with salt, sugar and fat foods increase the number of tumors by 11%, compared to those people who prefer a healthy diet. These are the results of observations of almost a half-million adult residents of the UK. The researchers used just introduced in Europe, the traffic light system of assessing the usefulness of cooking in which the green light means the need for healthy foods, yellow is a relatively useful and the red is completely useless and harmful.
