Meanwhile, scientists from the University of Toronto in Canada have established that regular consumption of meat with vegetables is very useful for achieving healthy metabolism and prevention of fullness.
In the publication Science Alert canadian researchers postulated that meat is a great source of vitamins and nutrients which are necessary for normal functioning of the body and difficult to obtain from other sources. The shortfall of these nutrients – primarily people who are generally very strictly follow diet or dieting is fraught with different problems.
“With a sharp restriction of meat consumption, the body can deal with stress and start to gain weight,” warned the scientific experts.
Scientists have noted that contained in meat protein is a valuable building material for all body cells and hormones of the thyroid gland and hormones of the reproductive system, but it is important to use it correctly, and combining it with vegetables and complex carbohydrates and drinking water. Experts emphasize that the balance between meat, vegetables and water more efficiently normalizes metabolism and digestion.
