What’s the point?

A diet developed by American naturopath Dr. Peter D’adamo. He believes that our health is directly related to how our ancestors ate. It is believed that this is due to the division of blood groups:

  • 1 group – hunters. Eat meat;

  • Group 3 – nomads. Eat dairy products;
  • Group 4 – “new people”. Eat anything.

Why is this not true?

The hypothesis D’adamo any scientific basis. Moreover, it is incorrect to speak only about the blood groups and do not consider RH factor, peculiarities of metabolism, food intolerance.

In 2014, the canadian scientists conducted a study of this hypothesis and said that it is untenable. The researchers found that patterns that describes D’adamo does not exist. There is no connection between blood group and the influence of diet on health.

What could be the consequences?

This power system greatly limits you in the choice of products. This means that you will sooner or later have a shortage of vitamins and minerals – almost like a mono-diet. The deficit will affect the condition of skin, hair, nails, muscles and mood. The diet should be balanced: the exclusion of any group of products without any reason will never bring you any good.
