The old adage “bigger is better” doesn’t ring true when it comes to dildos – new research by sex toy company Lovehoney has found that women prefer an average size schlong.
Their Sexual Happiness Survey quizzed over 1000 Aussies about their intimate inclinations and discovered that 65 percent our citizens own a dildo with the most popular size being six inches.
This is basically the appendage size of your average joe. According to a review of recent studies – which examined the junk of more than 15,000 men – the average flaccid penis length was 3.6 inches and the circumference, measured around the base or mid-shaft, was 3.7 inches. When erect, the average penis swelled to 5.2 inches in length and had a 4.6 inch circumference.
Around 33 percent of people preferred seven inches, while 29 percent of respondents chose eight inches and 22 percent went for five. In fact, it seems that length isn’t the number one priority when it comes to shopping for this particular sex toy.
The attributes Aussies are looking for are dildo girth (36.9%), dildo length (32.5%), and a remote-control function (22.8%).
