There are people with drug-addiction to chocolate, which every day consume it in large quantities and suffer from it. But for most of us chocolate is a pleasant treat that I would like from time to time to indulge. And now research has shown that this habit can be beneficial to health. Moderate consumption of chocolate no more than three tiles in a month reduces the risk of heart failure by as much as 13%. Researchers from the Icahn School of Medicine in new York believe that the natural ingredients in chocolate called flavonoids strengthen blood vessel health and help to reduce the level of inflammation. The researchers insist that it is healthy and beneficial is the use of it moderate amounts of chocolate because the product contains a lot of fat and sugar. And in large quantities it will do more harm than good. If a person every day drink a lot of chocolate, the risk of heart failure increased by 17%.
