Researchers from the Icahn School of Medicine in new York believe that the natural ingredients in chocolate called flavonoids strengthen blood vessel health and help to reduce the level of inflammation. The researchers insist that it is healthy and beneficial is the use of it moderate amounts of chocolate because the product contains a lot of fat and sugar. And in large quantities it will do more harm than good. If a person every day drink a lot of chocolate, the risk of heart failure increased by 17%.
