“Studies have shown that a glass of low-fat yogurt and a piece of dark chocolate, eaten and drunk before bedtime, can replace sleeping pills,” said the scientists.

Yogurt contains tryptophan, a substance that stimulates the production of serotonin – “hormone of pleasure”, which gives a sense of tranquility and relaxation.
