The Deputy warned the Russians about paid medicine

Free medical care is an illusion, the future of “health care” is a private medicine. With such opinion the Deputy of Legislative Assembly of Omsk region, head physician MSCH № 9 Yuri Shapovalov.

According to Shapovalov, in the foreseeable future the main share of domestic medicine will be private. The politician believes care medicine in the common sphere the right way, “because all require that we have quality, but quality always costs money”.

The Deputy spoke about the fact that the idea of free healthcare is illusory in principle, as it invariably someone pays (either the patient or the state). In modern conditions the requirements for the level of medical care are rising and the state is unable to cope with the financial load of providing high quality, he said.

“The state is unable to Fund the amounts that requires us population. This burden must be divided. It is a world trend, and sooner or later we all come to private medicine,” said Shapovalov.
The MP stressed the need to increase the number of “privateers” and give them the opportunity to earn “then equalized and rates, and the situation”.
