At the same time, the scientist stressed: today, cardiovascular diseases are increasingly common in people younger than the specified age limit. This greatly contribute to inactivity and bad habits that accompany the lifestyle of people.
In the list of the most dangerous abnormalities in the heart and blood vessels the first place is arterial hypertension, the arteriosclerosis, acute myocardial infarction and ischemia. These diseases are cause of death in almost 90% of the cores.
“Prevention remains the most effective means of combating heart attack and coronary artery disease,” – said in this regard, academician Yuri Belenkov.
In particular, the scholar recommends to spend every day 20 minute physical exercises this simple measure effectively helps to protect the heart, bones and muscles and significantly reduce the risk of heart attack or stroke. Also very useful to use every week two handfuls of nuts – they contain valuable substances and fatty acids by a quarter to reduce the risk of developing cardiovascular disease. In addition, you need to drink coffee to four cups of drink per week have a beneficial effect on myocardial cells, stimulating their rapid recovery after injuries.
