Effect of long-term satiety, according to scientists, is associated with the ability of milk to reduce the level of glucose in the blood.

Scientists conducted an experiment during which the volunteers had to eat for Breakfast cereal with glass of milk or a pizza. Measurements of physiological parameters of the body showed that the use of almost any kind of milk in this case is preferable from a nutritional point of view. People, had Breakfast with dairy products remained well-fed much longer than after eating pizza.

A representative study conducted by researchers from the University of Bath showed that people with the problem of excess weight should not just necessarily for Breakfast but a big Breakfast. Experimentally it was confirmed that Breakfast was protecting these people from consuming a large amount of food for lunch and dinner, and also contributed to the fact that the volunteers were more than other physical activity during the day.
