It has become clear that it is better not to eat for Breakfast

We all need to seriously reconsider the dishes we used for Breakfast. Scientists have discovered a frightening truth about what happens to our brains after only 4 days of unhealthy food.

Breakfast for a long time was called the most important meal of the day. Then became fashionable to abandon Breakfast for a slim figure, but in recent years it reappeared in the menu. Researchers from Macquarie University in Sydney found that eating Breakfast fatty foods that contain a lot of sugar, causes significant changes in the brain after only 4 days. These changes lead to a shortage of memory and learning similar to that seen in people with overweight and obesity. These are the results of a study involving 102 slim and healthy people, which were divided into two groups. First for Breakfast consumed foods with high levels of fat and sugar, and other healthy alternatives. The experiment lasted only 4 days.

So, the first group was given a Breakfast sandwich of toast and a chocolate milkshake. In the second group received the same food, or half portions of traditional cooked more healthy way. Before and after the experiment, all participants were using specific tests of memory and skills learning.

The results of these tests showed that fatty and sugary Breakfast clearly affects the brain in just 4 days. Perhaps this is because such foods cause a sharp spike in blood sugar levels followed the same sharp drop. And these changes affect memory and cognitive functions.
