Scientists, speaking at the Congress of the Canadian cardiovascular society in Toronto, called the way, which can extend its life the survivors of infarction, ischemia or stroke. The researchers advised them every twenty minutes to make at least minimum movement.
In particular, the authors of the new study, employees of the University of Alberta in Edmonton, said that the cores need to get up every twenty minutes and the next seven minutes to spend on physical activity. According to co-author work, Dr. Ailar Ramadi, “even just periodically getting up and walking around the room, you can burn about 770 calories per day,” if you do it daily.
Experts conducted an experiment involving 132 volunteers suffering from coronary insufficiency, they kept track all the changes in the level of physical activity of the subjects. As a result, they found that people suffering from heart disease, really moved much less active compared with healthy peers. Reduced physical activity from them, as scientists believe, led to accumulation in the organism of cholesterol and other harmful fats, thereby increasing the risk of recurrent strokes.
The researchers concluded that their proposed method of getting up from the seat every 20 minutes will help to avoid this problem.
“If you get up every 20 minutes and walk around the office, apartment or countryside, the likelihood of re-attack will be reduced to a minimum”, noted scientific experts.
