The vision of modern man suffers from regular work at the computer. American scientists have proposed a way to solve this problem. They developed recommendations that will help to reduce eye fatigue.
The technique created by scientists from the University of Texas, called the 20-20-20-20.

Method to remove eye fatigue is that after every 20 minutes of sitting in front of a computer, a person need to take a break and for 20 minutes look at an object at a distance of at least 5 m from him. It should blink at least 20 times. This set of exercises will allow you to avoid dry and tired eyes, headaches and neck pain.
According to the authors of the technique, these exercises are especially important for those who work at a computer indoors with the a / C on.
