For a long time experts have searched for an answer to the question: why are some people quickly build muscle mass, while others, no matter how I try, I can’t get a nice relief. Especially this was the question asked by athletes, bodybuilders. And it seems the answer has finally been found.

The theory of destruction
Adhere to those who prefer “training through pain”. Athletes believe that the more you hurt the muscle in training, the more microreserves muscle fibers occurs, the more intense then grows muscle to compensate for the injury.
The theory of accumulation
Its proponents hold the opposite opinion. They believe that to injure the muscles do not need. You need to train intensively that the body produced factors that contribute to muscle growth. Training through the pain to supporters of this theory are not welcome.

- a set of muscle mass relative to body size in women and men did not differ almost
