10 ways to lose weight without any diet

Many of us dream not just to lose weight but also to maintain a slim figure. Here are 10 ways to achieve this even without the help of diets.

1. Follow a strict eating schedule. It’s not about calorie counting, but about to have Breakfast, lunch or dinner at the same time of the day. This graph can also include afternoon tea, if you lack calories.
