The appeal of the Giessen Doctor Kristina Hänel in the dispute over the Abortion clause 219a has been dismissed. The decision of the district court announced the casting on Friday.
The General practitioner had filed an appeal against a judgment of the district court, which had sentenced almost a year ago to 6000 Euro fine.
