The usefulness of potato for the body is greatly influenced by the preparation method of this product, according to experts.

Doctor Anatoly Liver said that fans of roasted potatoes is better not to have purchase the fries, and cook it yourself. According to the expert, not knowing how much used oil should not fried in this dish. The doctor warned: multiple cooking oil that is not changed, may result in death, the fact that “oil will become a hotbed of carcinogenic substances”.
