Experts from the Bloomberg school of public health at Johns Hopkins University decided to find out the relationship between mood, energy level and quality (and quantity) of sleep. They conducted a study that involved 242 volunteers aged 15 to 84 years. Castroponce suffered from bipolar disorder and depression.
For two weeks the volunteers wore special trackers that monitor movement, and several times a day reported in special diaries on the subjective assessment of their emotional state, vitality, tone and the like.
