The most significant is the reduction of the risk of developing non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma, as shown by a study involving almost 70,000 people in France. Overall, fans of organic food by 25% rarely faced with any tumors, but their risk of cancer of the breast or of the skin fell more than one-third.
