Why most women decided on freezing my eggs? It turns out that this is romantic, not career considerations.
Sociologists from new York University in the study on the reasons for freezing oocytes came to unexpected results. Initially they believed that the main reason for the popularity of this procedure very high in recent years is the desire of the fair sex to focus on your career and beginning to achieve some success in work already then to devote themselves to having children and family. However, the study showed that the main driving factor are not career, but romantic considerations.
Due to freezing eggs, women can go on dates and to engage in personal life without having to think about having children and creating families with potential partners. Most of the participants of the survey as the main reasons for freezing eggs called a sense of romantic freedom, which appear after this procedure. Women were concerned that their potential partners are less interested in meetings, if before them loomed the prospect of an unplanned pregnancy of the partner and the need for her family. And freezing eggs allows a woman to enjoy a little privacy without any obligations, and then move on to the stage of having children, the man, who is fully fit.
Many of the women interviewed used the image of a ticking clock, because of which their personal life suffers. In other words, women always remember that at a certain age they need to conceive and give birth to a child, because later will be too late. Because of this need, the mood of the women deteriorates, and their romance turn in one direction. But if these women freeze eggs, they may not be afraid of ticking clocks and to receive pleasure.
