Roskoshestvo reported on the results of verification of the quality and safety of milk from Russian stores, and these data are not encouraging. Experts have advised that in the milk of most brands, popular in Russia, they found traces of antibiotics.
By results of check, in General, different types of disorders have been identified by experts in more than 20% of dairy products, taken to check, informed in a press-service of Roskoshestvo. Just purchased 90 brands of milk, of which 50 experts were identified antibiotics – 5 brands of milk with antibiotics, their concentration exceeded the permissible limits. With regard to milk these 50 brands, found in them the antibiotics, as explained by the Agency staff, were present in products “in trace amounts not exceeding the maximum allowed by the technical regulations of the Customs Union norms.” However, they stressed that the quality mark such milk to qualify.
Expertise is also found in milk coliform bacteria. For example, this distinguished milk “White cloud”, “Good Burenka”, “our” and “strong Source”.
