Cereal is not useful to everyone

Nutritionists warn that consumption of grains has beneficial effects not at all.

Cereals made from whole grains are associated with a healthy diet and now in the season of colds, they also recommend eating regularly, because any such a mess is considered a source of vitamins, minerals and essential body complex carbohydrates.
