It turned out that glazed cheese, sold in stores, absolutely cannot be trusted – literally Incekum. Experts of “Roskontrol” and the staff of the research Institute of the dairy industry to check the quality of the product and, in his own words, found “no qualitative and safe for health glazed cheese curds”.

The results of the verification in the black list includes 22 brands. The main problem of the bars was the presence of a large number of mold and yeast. Their over-the-top level can be the result of violations of production technologies, in particular poorly cleaned equipment. According to the chief specialist of the center of expertise “Roskontrol” Irina Arbatovoj, the abundance of yeast cells in the product is fraught with the fact, that when hit in favorable conditions they begin to actively proliferate. The number of unwanted substances in the cheese really exceeded: for example, stamps “Rostagroexport” and “Nostalgia”, their content exceeded the maximum allowable values of 140-150 times. The safety violations are regularly detected in products and other popular brands, such as “Miracle”, “Milava” and others, the study says.
The experts also found that glazed cheese is too considerable quantity of sugar (from 7.7 to 11.3 grams per one cheese) and fat (from 6.7 to 14.6 grams per single cheese), that is, one product contains them virtually daily rate. In addition, it was found that some manufacturers use in cheese preservatives, vegetable oils and starch (not pointing at upquote), and the chocolate shell cheese may not be real chocolate, and frosting.
“The nutritional value of this product is closer to a pastry than cheese,” stated the researchers refused to consider glazed cheese full dairy snack.
