Better together! Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick spoke openly about their coparenting tactics, including their greatest challenges.
“It’s not the easiest thing for us, but the fact that we’ve tried and made it work makes life that much better,” the Flip It Like Disick star, 35, said in a Monday, April 29, YouTube video. “I couldn’t imagine raising three children with somebody I couldn’t speak to every day.”

While Disick said they’re “very, very lucky” for the coparenting relationship they have, the Poosh creator, 40, admitted that raising Mason, 9, Penelope, 6, and Reign, 4, after their 2015 split hasn’t come without its challenges.
“The hardest part was when we both started new relationships,” the E! personality said, referencing her now-ex Younes Bendjima and Disick’s girlfriend, Sofia Richie. “That caused fights between you and I about introducing the kids. We literally had to go to therapy to be able to, like, communicate together.”
As for Disick, “The biggest challenge was just trying to figure out how we separate our relationship as friends and parents and still be on the same page, and what’s, I guess, appropriate and what’s not and when to be able to talk to each other. In the beginning, you set good [boundaries] and we learned from that and we’ve gotten to a good place.”
They got to that “good place,” though, without the help of any attorneys. “We just did it on our own and came up with our own schedule,” Kardashian revealed.
In fact, if the kids are with her ex, Kardashian knows that she can even “just go there and see them if I want to or have dinner.”
Disick agreed, adding, “What’s mine is yours. Listen, I live for the kids so whatever works and makes it easier for them is what I’m into.”
The exes, who started dating in 2006, welcomed Mason three years later, followed by Penelope in 2012 and Reign in 2014.
