Acupuncture helps with menopausal symptoms

Weekly acupuncture sessions can, apparently, hot flashes, sweating, mood fluctuations, sleep disturbances, skin and hair relieve problems. After six weeks, the great majority of the treated women had the feeling that would have improved their complaints. Without any side effects.

Acupuncture could represent, according to the study, a realistic treatment option for women in Menopause can use hormone replacement therapy or want. Complaints during the menopause, often occur and can severely affect quality of life. The symptoms can be treated with medication, but often have side effects. Non-pharmacological approaches such as exercise, relaxation and herbal remedies do not deliver often the results you want.
