Ingredients

  • Cup of raw, buckwheat honey
  • 2 tablespoons of organic lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger root

Method of preparation

  • Measure the honey, lemon juice and grated ginger and pour it all into the pot.
  • With a whisk stir the mixture and bring to a boil. When foam begins to appear, remove the pan from the heat, and then return. Repeat this a few times, but make sure the honey did not burn.
  • Drop a little mixture into a glass of ice water (or dip a spoon into the mixture, then quickly dip it in ice water). If the mixture turns into a hard, crunchy ball, it is ready! If not, continue whisking and heating, and then try again.
  • Allow the mixture to cool and then, very carefully, pour it into a baking pan (or oiled parchment paper). Leave the mixture on the table until until it hardens, and then remove it from the mold.

Method of preparation

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup fresh (or 2/3 Cup dried) calendula flowers
  • 2/3 Cup dried elderberries
  • 1/2 Cup fresh (or 1/3 Cup dried) elderberry flowers
  • 1/2 Cup fresh (or 1/3 Cup dried) hips
  • 2 tablespoons fresh (or 1 tbsp dried) orange peel
  • 1 tablespoon fresh (or 1 teaspoon dried) ginger
  • Brandy
  • Honey

Method of preparation

  • Fill an empty jar (with a capacity of 4 cups) herbs.
  • Pour herb brandy (approximately ).
  • Add the honey, leaving a few santimentrov space at the top of the jars.
