111-year-old resident of Los Angeles, Henry Tseng still go to the gym regularly, although many of us would be grateful if you’d reach 100, and while maintaining at least some mobility. “My parents have always led a healthy lifestyle, says Henry. – I never drank, never smoked, used drugs. My wife died in 2013 at the age of 100 years, she also was a master of yoga and taught me all her tricks. I drove the car almost 100 years, and today I have enough strength in order to live relatively independently.
