How to cook oat milk: 2 easy recipe

If you think that the nut milk is too watery to use it as a dairy substitute, then you should prepare oatmeal milk. It is so creamy, that if someone told you that it’s cow’s milk, you wouldn’t even be questioned.

We decided to find out what nodnods to enjoy oat milk without having to pay a hefty price at which it is often sold in the store. We thought it would be like for cooking nut milk, but, to our surprise, it was much easier. On the Internet there are several methods of preparing oat milk, we have selected for you two of the best.

First, soak the oatmeal

Rinse a Cup of oatmeal, then soak it in water for 20 minutes, or a maximum of 24 hours.

This recipe is much easier. Instead of soaking the oats, you can just put all your ingredients into the blender and then turn it on high for a minute.

Add four cups water and one Cup of oats (and any other ingredients that you like, for example, dates or vanilla extract) in blender. Cover and turn on full power for a minute. Then strain the liquid through a sieve or cheesecloth. That’s all the milk is ready!
