PARIS — Although men’s makeup and hair looks for the spring 2019 fashion season here remained largely tame, a number took an exciting, wild turn.Some models sported splotches of color reminiscent of paint on their faces, arms and torsos at Alexander McQueen. For Undercover, a handful had a swath of reddish hue swept across their eyes to resemble masks, while a model at Walter Van Beirendonck had a five-pointed star painted onto his face.Winged eyeliner was apparent on the Maison Margiela catwalk, and metallic ornamentation decorated a few faces at Facetasm.Hair winged upward at Christian Dada and seemed plastified at Comme des Garçons.
